This weekend has had pretty normal Wisconsin winter weather. Yesterday was at least 5-10 degrees warmer than today, with less cloud cover and lighter winds. Then a low pressure system came through the Midwest Saturday evening/night and brought 2-3 inches of light, powdery snow. Cities farther south like La Crosse got more snow, about 5-6 inches. It has been overcast and windy all day today, with winds continuing to push the low pressure system farther south. No more precipitation is expected today or tomorrow. Tonight will be very cold, with the temperature dipping below 0 F because the wind today will clear away some of the clouds.
