High altitude stratus clouds are keeping a consistent cover over the area. There is pretty low humidity and no precipitation has fallen today. The high pressure system and partly cloudy skies that were here this morning have moved along to be replaced by a low pressure system and stationary front/cold front coming down from Canada. The clouds have raised the air temperature to the mid 50s but the wind is still cool, even if it is coming in from the S/SW.
